PHUKAN MEMORIAL COLLEGE DALU

The College was registered under the Meghalaya Societies Registration Act. XII of 1983 on the 31 st Day of August 2001 (vide Registration No.SR/PMCDSHE-1121/01) of 2001.

The College is affiliated to North Eastern Hill University,Shillong.The first provisional affiliation to the college for the B.A(Pass)course was granted by CDC NEHU w.e.f. the academic session 2001 to 2003 (vide letter No.CDC/ A/195/2001/1025) Dated 14 th July2003. The provisional affiliation accorded by NEHU, Shillong has been continuing from time to time till date.

The college received the Grant- in-Aid under Lump-sum Grant-in-Aid system from the office of the Director of Higher and Technical Education ,Government of Meghalaya with effect from Oct.2004 vide letter no.CE/GR/ACCTTS/1/2005/14 dated Shillong the 30 th June 2005.The total lump-sum Grant –in-Aid received from the Government by the College at present @ 1,00,000/-p.m for payment of salary to 7(Seven)lecturers.
